An electric water valve based on TB67H450

Description: 

This power 5W torque 4NM motor driver is a TB67H450AFNG reference design, which is used to control the forward and reverse of the motor and brake braking, and realize the automatic switching function of the water valve. This scheme has been optimized and equipped with MCU to provide signal feedback function and external control.

Features: 

Wide voltage drive 5.5V-24V 

It supports accurate correction of sampling current and can realize high current drive. 

It can realize PWM constant current drive and direct PWM drive. 

Built-in multiple error detection functions (thermal shutdown (TSD), 

overcurrent detection (ISD) and undervoltage locking (UVLO)) Support four working modes of forward/reverse/brake/stop (OFF) to achieve accurate position of the motor
